Busy day for Martin; busy day on the blog …

Hi, friends and readers:

I’ve had a busy day today: writing, answering e-mails about Love Quest, then hitting the YMCA for a workout and swimming laps. A neighbor’s having me over for dinner tonight, which is nice ’cause right now I don’t have time to cook.

I received two nice comments from gay surfers, one in Florida, one in California. Both had already purchased a copy of Love Quest. One guy had already read the entire book (Fast reader, I guess). He has also read my novella, Maui, twice. The other guy was half-way through Love Quest. Both said they liked my writing a lot. It’s always nice to receive compliments like that.

Does everyone like the photo I’ve posted here today? I sure do. What a handsome young man. I wonder where he lives and what his name is? He reminds me of a guy I knew in college, someone I developed a huge crush on my freshman year. Ah, it was so long ago ….

I’m getting heavy traffic on the blog today; I’m not sure why. Maybe because of Love Quest.

It’s cold here again tonight, but the weather man says it’s supposed to warm up on Wednesday or Thursday. It’s about time! I’ll have my fireplace going later on, that’s for certain.

Okay, have a nice Monday evening, all.

  1. Hi! Just finished reading ‘Love Quest’ and absolutely loved it. It was very touching and had my eyes welling up allot through most of it. I recieved an email from Noble Romance and the blurb about your story caught my attention. I’m so glad I downloaded your story and would like to be able to purchase more of your work. If the rest is as good as this I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

    • Hi, Levanahyll:

Thanks for your kind remarks about my story, “Love Quest.” I’m glad you enjoyed it. I wrote another noevlla titled “Maui” that you might also enjoy. You can buy it from the Torquere Press website. Again, thanks for writing.

      Martin
