Busy day for Martin; time to drink beer and watch sunset …

Hi, friends and readers:

What a day! I started a new short story, it takes place in the woods of Maine. I submitted a novella titled Love Bite to a publisher I have not worked with before. Then, at one P.M. I picked up the paint brush and worked for three hours, mostly on a ladder. What drudgery! At four this afternoon I took a three-mile run. Now it’s time to walk to the beach and watch sunset with my neighbors before I cook dinner for myself and a guest.

Does everyone like the photo I’ve posted here this evening? What a cute young man. I wonder who he is and where he lives? You think he has a boyfriend?

I received another group of comments from readers who’d bought Love Quest from Noble Romance. Lots of compliments. Thanks everyone who wrote, today and in the past. I’m glad you like the story. There are more to come, I promise!

It’s supposed to be chilly on the island tonight, down in the low 50s again. That’s okay, it gives me a good excuse to light my fireplace!

Have a nice Teusday evening, all.
