Everyone like this morning’s photo post? It’s so nice to see two gay boys getting affectionate with each other, isn’t it? One reason I like the photo so much is the differences between the two lovers: One is shaggy-haired and pale; the other has buzz-cut hair and he’s darker. A very nice combination, I think.
It’s another warm, breezy day on the island. I have correspondence to tend to, and I am close to finishing the first draft of my Jaco Beach story. It has morphed from short story into novella. When it’s finished it’ll be 11,000 to 12,000 words long. The main characters, Nick and Samuel, are now fully realized and complex people. The scene settings are diverse: Jaco Beach and Manuel Antonio, in Costa Rica. Southern California and Florida’s East Coast.
Noble Romance notified me yesterday that my most recent books they’ve published, Trick And Treat and Boys Who Love Men, will soon be available in paperback, as well as digital format. And sometime in the not-too-distant future, my novel Love Quest will also be available in print. This is a nice development, as I know many readers are resistant to reading books in digital format. Print books also make nice gifts. (Christmas is only two months off, you know …)
Enjoy your Tuesday, everyone.
