Do you like this morning’s photo post? Back in the 1970s, I had a boyfriend who looked just like him. (Remember when all the guys had long hair?) I’ve always found slender, androgynous guys attractive. I wonder where he lives and what his name is?
It’s another beautiful day, here on the island. Last winter, we had the worst weather anyone could remember: bitterly cold temperatures, never-ending wind, lots of rain and cloudy skies. This year, we’re back to normal. Outside it’s sunny, cool and still. We’ll have a high of around 73 degrees F.
Due to my eye surgery last week, I’m not allowed to work out or take my three-mile runs until tomorrow. It’s been a week since I’ve gotten any serious exercise and I’m going stir-crazy. At the very least, I’ll take a long walk today.
Our grilled salmon dinner last night was superb. Afterward, we watched a film titled Youth In Revolt. It was pretty funny. I’d read the book years before, and the movie did the novel justice. Michael Cera plays the book’s main character, Nick Twisp. It’s on cable this month, so you ight want to give it a look.
Thanks for all the nice comments I received over the weekend, about our Disney World adventure and about the sixth-grade school photo of myself I posted Saturday. You guys are sweet.
Enjoy your Monday, everyone.
