Have a look at this morning’s photo post, will you? I’m not sure what sort of athletic competition the young man’s just participated in. Rowing, maybe? Who knows, but he certainly fills out that uniform well, doesn’t he? Aye-yi-yi . . .
I’ve just returned from a 16-mile bike ride with my boyfriend. My butt’s still not fully adjusted to the seat on my new bike, but it’s getting there. It’s a beautiful fall day, here on the island — sunny and breezy and not too warm. Perfect for bike riding.
I have a busy day ahead of me. My boyfriend’s working today, and I have to buy provisions for our stay in the Bahamas. I have a million errands to run and things to do around the house: pay bills, water house plants, cancel newspaper delivery, and, of course, pack my suitcase. I love traveling, but the preparation’s always a pain in the rear. Know what I mean?
In other news … I always checks sales stats on my books sold through Amazon’s U. S. and European sites. I’m always amazed by the fact my books sell better in Europe than domestically. Why is that? I’m also amazed that my book, Boys Who Love Men, which released in September 2010, continues to sell briskly after being on the market over a year. Again, why? I can never figure out the literary market . . . .
Okay, I’d love to sit here and ramble some more, but as I said, I have a million things to do. Have a nice, Tuesday, everyone.
