I have a passion for black and white photos, good ones anyway, and I think the two I have posted here this morning are outstanding. I especially like the one to the left, the lighting, the expression on the young man’s face, everything. And look at those legs, aye-yi-yi. I could spend all day running my hands up and down them while I shared that sofa with him. We could read the paper, and maybe do a crossword puzzle together. He’s definitely the kind of guy you’d want to spend Saturday afternoon with, just hanging around the house.
Sadly, I can’t spend the day with my boyfriend, who is back from Gainesville today. A loved on is in a nursing home, recovering from pneumonia, and I will drive 65 miles inland to pay her a visit. It’s not the way I’d choose to spend my Saturday, but sometimes you put others before yourself, right?
In a few minutes, I’ll climb into my Honda Element a/k/a “The Toaster, and then I’ll face the madness of I-4, never fun. I should be nominated for sainthood.
Several people have written in recent days, inquiring about my health. Thanks for that. I am feeling much better, but I still can’t believe I was sick for over six weeks.I’m about 90% back to my normal self, but I still tire easily. I have finished my course of antibiotics (hate those things) and maybe my digestive system will settle down.
Okay, I must prepare for my trip inland, so I will close this post. Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone. I hope the sun is shining wherever you are.
