Lover boys getting close; nice Friday for Martin ….

lover boys #7Hi, friends and readers:

I really like photos of two young men showing affection to each other, and I especially like the two I have posted here this morning. You can tell these guys truly care for each other, can’t you? I think it’s terribly important to share physical affection with your partner on a regular basis, and I’m not just talking about sex. I’m talking about smooching in the kitchen or snuggling on the sofa while the two of you work a crossword puzzle. What could be better?

lover boys #5I rose around eight this morning,, to take my three-mile beach walk, followed by a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. The air temperature was warmer than I would have liked– summer’s still here — but I can feel a bit of fall in the air, a lessening of humidity and a bit more air movement as we reach mid-September. I’m already done working on my writing project for the day, it’s coming along nicely, albeit slowly.

After lunch, my boyfriend and I will visit the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming. Then we’ll hit the booze store and the supermarket to stock up for the weekend. Our neighborhood’s monthly party is tonight, so we’ll bring food and wine to our friend’s house down the street, to spend some time catching up on everyone’s summer travels.

Have a wonderful Friday, friends, wherever you are.

  1. hey Martin,

I follow your blog from April 20, 2013. The photos you published are great! The commentary is in many ways recognizable, and your way of writing is very appealing. This has put me thinking, and has been the impetus to make for daring to come out to my family and best friends this year.

I saw these two pictures passing a while ago. One of these guys in the picture is the same person. I do not know if you might know him? Bel Ami Online, his stage name is Kevin Warhol, the favorite of Bel Ami, one of the kinky angels, he comes from the Czech Republic. He’s really cute, like Andre Boleyn in picture 2. Perhaps the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen.

I have been to Cuba this summer, so I have been able to wave at you! πŸ™‚

I’d really appreciate it, if you have time, to maybe give a comment.

Greetings from one of your readers,

    Micha (Netherlands)

    • Hello, Micha:

Thanks so much for writing me, and for sharing the information about the young men in these photos. I’m glad you enjoy my website. Have you come out to family and friends already, or will you do so later this year? I am curious to know. It makes me happy that reading my posts has helped you feel more confidant about yourself. Thanks for the wave from Cuba.

  2. Hello Martin,

Thank you so much for writing me back! πŸ˜€

It’s so funny to read your commends from people who are writing you about information about a photo, and now i’m the one who does :D.

I’ve already come out to my family and friends. It was quite a hard thing to do, but it was such a relief! They are all really open-minded but still, it was not a easy thing to do. The most special thing about it was that I told it my mother first, on liberation day, without me being aware of it. That was so beautifully symbolic. Everybody is really happy for me and it it felt like a warm welcome!

Cuba was realy great! I hope to go to Florida and the U.S. once.

    Keep up the good work!

    Greatings for The Netherlands! πŸ˜‰

    Micha (23)
