I’m going to share a personal story about a pair of sailors I met, way back in 1977. I was fresh out of law school. A friend and I were leaving a local gay bar, and so were two other guys a little younger than us. One was tall and blond, the other dark-haired and slender. We struck up a conversation, and then they invited us to their apartment.
It seemed our new found friends had just left the Navy after four years of service on “the gayest ship” in the fleet. They were lovers, but they had an open relationship and they wanted to play. I took the dark-haired guy, my friend took the blond, and we had quite the time of it. In fact, we all enjoyed it so much we got together for more fun and games two or three more times before we drifted apart. I wonder where they are today?
Anyway, in honor of my story I am posting two “sexy sailor” photos this morning, both of which I like very much. The boy in the lower photo looks a good deal like the one I humped during our first encounter. Lucky me, eh?
I rose early today, around seven AM, as I went to bed earlier than usual last night, after watching American Sniper. The film was okay, but I wouldn’t watch it twice. Lots of people were killed in various ways. I also get very angry every time think of all the money and lives that were wasted in the Iraq War.
Outside, things are heating up, even though it’s only nine AM. It’s very quiet on the island today. Very few tourists come here on the weekdays, which is fine with me. Tonight my boyfriend and I will visit our local planetarium and observatory to view Venus and Jupiter in close proximity. It’s a major astronomical event, one not to be missed. You can see them with the naked eye not long after sunset. You can read more about it here:
All right, I have things to do, so I will close this post by wishing everyone a nice Tuesday. Anchors aweigh …. 🙂
