I love Paulo Galvin’s artwork; it’s just the right blend of raunchy and tasteful. Plus, eh has a wonderful grasp of gay men’s sexuality; there’s nothing saccharine about his work. If you want to check it out, click on the button in the sidebar to the right, the one with a sample of his artwork. It’ll take you right to his website, and you’ll be entertained for at least 45 minutes. 😉
Anyway, I’m kinda tired tonight after spending a week in Door County, Wisconsin, a very beautiful place where my boyfriend and I spent a good deal of time outdoors enjoying nature. We had a great time, shared a few evenings with his family members, and savored the ambiance of the Upper Midwest, a place I truly love.
We’re back now, a bit travel-stained but doing fine. The drawing to the left reminds me of how I spent last night with my boyfriend: spooning. It’s a great way to snooze away the evening, listening to my boyfriend’s gentle snoring.
We spent much of today just recovering, and also running a few errands aimed at getting our fishing camp furnished with things we’ll need. We also spent time fertilizing the shrubs surrounding our deck, so we can take advantage of summer rains and warm weather to promote growth. It;s Florida gardening, guys.
So, now it’s getting dark and I’m baking chicken breasts in the oven. It’s good to be home and see the Gulf of Mexico. We’ll watch a Netflix rental tonight titled The Theory of Everything, a film about Stephen Hawkings, the physicist. I’ll let you know what I think of it tomorrow. Have a nice Sunday night, everyone.
