At least once a week I like to share some of my favorite black-and-white photos with all of you, and I especially like the two I’m putting up this morning. Do you think the guy to the left was getting ready to hitchhike? If so, I would certainly have picked him up. Wouldn’t you? Aye-yi-yi, check out those butt cheeks; they cry out to be worshiped, don’t they?
I rose around 7:30 this morning, to take a one-mile walk on the beach. This was one of my first beach walks I have taken since my knee surgeries, and it wasn’t one of the best, due to the weather and beach conditions. The sky was overcast, the wind blew pretty hard, and the Gulf roiled. Also, all these storms we’ve had lately have eroded a good deal of sand from our beach, not a good thing at all.
This second photo I posted three or four years ago, but since I took it down to clear space on the server that hosts me, I thought I’d put it back up for your enjoyment. I love the boy’s slender frame and the way sunlight reflects in his bushy hair. Why are his suspenders lowered? Is he doing something slutty while he’s out in the woods?
I’m back at home now. I enjoyed a quick breakfast, read the newspaper, and completed the morning crossword puzzle. After I finish this post I’ll spend a little time on a writing project before I eat lunch. Then I need to run a few errands before my physical therapy appointment at three PM. Okay, it’s not a very exciting day, but my knees are feeling much better, and that alone is something to be grateful for. My boyfriend’s at work, and I have to start getting us ready for our weekend trip to our fishing camp, about 75 miles north of here.
Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
