Hot boys in the kitchen; beautiful morning on the island ….

kitchen boy #2Hi, friends and readers:

You know how it is on a Saturday morning when you wake up thirsty and you tell yourself, “Screw getting dressed, just go to the kitchen and get a glass of juice.” It’s funny how visiting the kitchen naked can be such a liberating little experience. It’s something I should probably do more often …. 😉

By the way, have you ever seen a more beautiful pair of ass cheeks than the ones on our friend here to the left. Aye-yi-yi, I could chase him around the house all day ….

I rose at 7:30 this morning, to take my usual three-mile walk on the beach, and when I walked out the front door, my jaw dropped. The temperature must’ve been below 70 degrees F and a cool breeze blew out of the northeast. I almost went back for a hoodie, but decided to brave the coolness in just my shorts and T-shirt.

kitchen boy #1Do you like the photo tot he left as much as I do? The boy in the photo is almost as cute as his dinosaur-motif undies. And notice the bandage on his right leg? His boyfriend probably put that on for him, and now I’ll bet he’s cooking breakfast for his boyfriend to show how much he cares Aw-w-w-w. .

The beach was beautiful this morning. Besides the coolness, the Gulf was calm and I had a nice, soft walking surface. I even tried running about a quarter-mile for the first time since my knee surgery, and everything felt fine. Actually, it has been almost four years since I’ve been able to run, and now I am looking forward t working my way up to three-mile runs four days a week; that’s my goal. Next Monday will be five months from my double knee replacement surgery, and I can’t believe how good I am feeling these days. I’m not 100% yet; I still have trouble descending stairs, but otherwise I am back to normal. I’m really proud of how I stuck to my physical therapy regimen all these months. My hard work has paid off, and I have a feeling I’ll be 100% by the end of this year.

A repairman is due here today, sometime within a four-hour service window. Our freezer has been acting funny of late, and he has to replace three different parts that were delivered here by FedEx recently. This means I have to stay at home the better part of the day. It’s okay, I have much to do in the writing department and some household projects I’ll tend to. I may take a bike ride as well, after the guy leaves.

Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
