Everyone certainly enjoyed the “beautiful butt” photos I posted here this morning, so being the nice guy that I am I decided to post two more this evening. Exactly what do suppose the young man to the left is up to anyway?
I had a great workout and lap-swimming session at the YMCA this afternoon. I also ran a half-mile on the treadmill, the longest distance I have run in over four years, when my old knees couldn’t handle the pounding. I did fine. The new knees my surgeon gave me back in May are designed to allow me to run again, and soon I hope to be up to three miles. It sure felt god to run again. I have been a distance runner since my college days (That was a while back.) and I have always loved it. Not being able to run has left a void in my life that cycling never really filled. So now I get to reap the reward for enduring knee replacement surgery.
The wind continues to howl, out here on the island, which makes it rather uncomfortable to be outdoors right now. I certainly can’t g up on my observation deck this evening; I’d get blown to bits. So I’ll stay down here and maybe work on my story in progress for a while.
My boyfriend will be busy with his studies this evening, taking a break only for dinner and maybe for a peek at Monday Night Football. Me? I’m making a homemade pizza for our evening meal, and I’ll listen to my Beats headphones while I cook. I need to take it easy tonight because I have to rise early in the morning to have my blood drawn for my annual checkup later this month. At my age it’s important to do these things, to catch any problems in their early stages. Fortunately, I’m as healthy as a horse, but I want to the sure it stays that way.
Alright, everyone, I hope you’re having a nice Monday evening, wherever you might be. And if your boyfriend has a cute butt like mine does, be sure to give it a squeeze the first chance you get tonight. He’ll love you for it. 🙂
