I like photos of naked guys standing by a window so the light form outside comes indoors and illuminates the contours of their bodies. I especially like the photo to the left. The model is, of course, beautiful, but notice how the light allows us to see all of his muscles so clearly? It’s a great photo, and check out those buns. Aye-yi-yi ….
I woke up groggy as hell this morning; I just didn’t want to get out of our bed, so I slept until nine AM. I skipped my walk on the beach and hit the keyboard instead for a two-hour writing session. My boyfriend’s hme today, so we shared a nice lunch and then we visited the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming.
Now we’re home and ready for a quiet evening at the house. My boyfriend has to work on a paper for school, so I will likely work on edits for my novel-in-progress. The book is rolling right along and I’m very pleased with its progress.
It’s a pretty night on the island: cool but not chilly, with a nice breeze. Since DST ended on October 31st, it gets dark here early, around 5:30 PM, so I didn’t catch sunset on our deck, but that’s okay. We have the doors and windows open, and I can smell the briny scent of the Gulf of Mexico. I can hear the breeze stir fronds on our Sabal palms.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, of course, and we will celebrate in our own way this year. We’re keeping things simple; I’ll explain in tomorrow’s post. But I always enjoy Thanksgiving; it’s a time to enjoy friends and family, along with good food and drink.
All right, everyone, it’s about time I got busy cooking dinner, so I will end this post by wishing all of you a wonderful Wednesday evening. Stay warm if it’s cold where you are, and you probably shouldn’t stand naked at a window. 😉
