It may not be beach season where you live, but in central Florida, we often have weather that’s perfect for beachgoing. Today is one of those days. The sun is shining, the wind has stopped blowing, and the air temperature will rise to 74 degrees this afternoon, which is just right for strolling along the shore.
If you follow this site then you know I live in a beach community on the Gulf of Mexico, and one days like today you can often find guys at the shore, wearing nothing but their swim trunks, and they’re something to see. Do you like the guys in today’s photo posts as much as I do? Yummy …. 😉
The sky was actually gloomy and overcast when I got up at eight this morning. I thought it might rain so I forewent my usual three-mile walk on the beach, but around 10:30 this sun came out and now it’s beautiful.
Sadly, I can’t go outside to enjoy the lovely weather because our Internet service is out again. This has been a recurring problems for nearly a month now. I’ve been on the phone with a dozen technicians and our ISP even sent a tech out Wednesday to install a new modem, but our service is out again today. After an angry call to the ISP this morning, they agreed to send another tech out between one and six PM, to see if they can fix the problem. That means I’m stuck here all afternoon. G-r-r-r-r-r ….
Well, I have much to do in the writing department, so I will stay busy as I wait for the service tech. And who knows, maybe he’ll be just as cute as the guy to the left. If so he can stay here as long as he likes. 🙂
My boyfriend’s working all day, and then he’s driving to Orlando to visit a friend for the weekend. That’s okay with me, as I can actually get some serious editing done on one of my books, and also do some submissions to agents and publishers. I’ll be fine.
Have a nice Friday, everyone.
