Beautiful guys in black-and-white; Martin’s home from eye surgery ….

black and white #13Hi, friends and readers:

If you follow this site then you know how much I adore good black-and-white photography, especially photos of handsome young men like the guy to the left here. It’s an interesting photo because of the way the model is posed and the expression on his face. He doesn’t seem to be happy, does he? But why? And why is he leaning against a bare wall with no shirt on? Like all good photos, it asks more questions than it provides answers to.

Well, I underwent eye surgery this morning to remove a cataract in my left eye, and to have an implant placed in my eye so I’ll have perfect distance vision in both my eyes. I’ll still need reading glasses, but that’s all. Pretty col, huh. The procedure only lasted about fifteen minutes, and now I walking around with a patch taped over my left eye. That’ll be removed tomorrow by my doctor.

black and white beauty #17I don’t feel tired at all from the surgery and my left eye isn’t even sore. My doctor said everything went perfectly, so I am pleased.

By the way, do you find the young man to the left here as beautiful as I do. What a great butt he has, and his hair and skin are lovely. But why is he carrying a pair of shoes around when he’s naked?

Since I can only see out of one eye right now, I am kind of limited on activities I can do today. I have a load of laundry to fold, and I’ll need to cook some dinner for myself tonight, but that’s about all I have planned, other than watching a Netflix movie.

My boyfriend called me to make sure I was doing okay after the surgery, and we’ll talk again tonight I am sure. Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
