Some gay men are beefcake worshipers, and I totally get that. I like to get my hands on some muscle every now and then. 🙂 But mostly my taste runs to young men who are broad-shouldered and slender, like the two in today’s photo posts. I especially like the photo to the left because the boy has clearly just left the ocean and is dripping wet. See how the sunlight reflects off the water on his chest and in his hair? Beautiful ….
I was up at 7:30 this morning, for my usual three-mile walk on the beach. I took it easy last night, and I went to bed early, so I was well-rested when I arose. My walk was great because the morning was cool and dry with a nice breeze stirring the sea oats. At the end of my walk I took a dip in the Gulf. I’m afraid I didn’t look as appealing as the boy in the top photo here, but I sure felt good.
After an outdoor shower I made a quick breakfast and brewed some coffee, and then I got busy writing new material for my novel-in-progress, which is now at 33,000 words. The main characters are traveling cross-country in a panel van, from Florida to northern California, and so far I like both of the MC’s very much.
See the guy to the left here? I had a body like his when I was twenty-one. I never worked out so my muscles were always stringy, but I kept my waist trim by distance running, and I pretty much looked that way until I turned twenty-five, and then I put on about five pounds around my waist. 🙁 Oh, well, we can’t stay young and skinny forever, can we?
I have a nice day planned. After lunch I will visit a used sporting goods store to buy baseballs. I am traveling to Cuba in about ten days, and I’m bringing the balls for the kids in the village we will stay in. I might buy a used glove or two as well. Tonight I’m having a dinner meeting with my Cuba travel companions, to go over our plans. It should be fun.
Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
