The Beautiful Swimmer, then and now; stormy morning on the island ….

Pool Boy #4Hi, friends and readers:

If you’ll look at the sidebar to the right you’ll see a photo labeled “Martin’s favorite swimmer”. I don’t know the boy’s name, but that’s also him in the photo to the left here. Beautiful, isn’t he? I don’t know how old the photo to the left is, but I’d guess several years, as I also have a later photo of The Beautiful Swimmer which I will post below. I have hunch this young man is Australian; he has that Aussie look to him. In any case, if he lived in my area I’d never miss a swim meet he was competing in. 😉

I woke up around four AM this morning, to the booming of thunder shaking our house. The tropical storm out in the Gulf of Mexico is hurling storm bands at us on a regular basis, and rain is pounding our roof. This will likely go on for at least the next two days before the storm clears out, and we’ll just have to put up with it while it lingers in our part of the world. At least it’s keeping the temperature cool.

pool boy #3Okay, here’s the second photo of The Beautiful Swimmer. As you can see, he has bulked up considerably, but he’s still very handsome and sexy. And I like his suntan. I wonder if he has a boyfriend?

Today will be a typical Wednesday for me. I’ll Spend most of my morning writing, and then, after lunch, I will drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming in the indoor pool. Hopefully they won’t close the pool due to lightning in the area, which they often do when it’s storming in the Bay Area.

I’ll have an errand or two to run on my way home from the YMCA, and then I will spend the evening at home with my lovely boyfriend, listening to rain drum on our roof and maybe watching a Netflix rental we received yesterday afternoon. That may not sound like a very exciting night, but I’m fine with it.

All right, everyone, I hope you enjoyed my photos of The Beautiful Swimmer, then and now. And have a good Wednesday, wherever you might be.
