Lover boys getting passionate; busy day for Martin ….

lover boys #14Hi, friends and readers:

I love photos of two young men showing physical affection toward each other, especially in public places. Hey, straight people do it, why shouldn’t we? I especially like the two photos I have posted here this afternoon; you can just feel the love oozing between the guys in each picture, can’t you?

I didn’t post this morning because I had to report for jury duty at the criminal courthouse, which is located about 15 miles from my house, at 8:30 AM, which required me to drive through fifty minutes of maniacal rush hour traffic. God, I would never live in central Pinellas County because the traffic is so maddening, especially at 8:00 AM. Well, I made it there on time, and then, after 90 minutes, I was told to go home, my service was done.

lover boys #13Since I was already out and about, I decided to get a couple of things done. I got a haircut, which I badly needed, and then I bought a bouquet of fresh flowers for our dining table vase. We like to keep fresh flowers in the house. They don’t cost much and they add a nice touch to the room they’re in.

After lunch, I spent about two hours working in the yard, cleaning up after the mess the hurricane made last week. It was pretty warm out there, but I wore my big straw hat and I got the work done. Now everything outside looks nice.

I still have to take a two-mile run in a little bit; it’s part of my new exercise regimen I’ve instituted, now that I have recovered from knee replacement surgery. I really enjoy running, so I don’t mind doing it. I plan to work my way up to three miles, three days a week, on days when I don’t visit the YMCA for weight-lifting and lap-swimming. I’ll be back to my peak fitness levels I used to enjoy before my knees gave out from years of distance running.

All right, everyone, I need to run, as they say, so I will end this post by wishing all of you a wonderful Tuesday.
