If you visit this website on a regular basis you know what a huge fan of quality black-and-white photography I am, and I try to put up a few of my favorites at least once a week. I’m posting two this morning that I really like. Okay, the lower photo is a selfie, but Ian Lucas is such a cutie that I like the photo anyway. I don’t know who the young man is in the upper photo, but he sure is good-looking. Does anyone know his name?
I was up at 7:30 this morning, for my three-mile walk on the beach. This time of year a lot of bait fish are in the water and the sea gulls and pelicans are having themselves quite a feast. It’s easy pickings for them, as we say down south. Our weather has cooled somewhat, but I still shed my shirt for the last mile of my walk.

It’s almost 11:30 AM here, and after I complete this post I’ll read the newspaper before I prepare my lunch. Then it’s off to the city for a workout and lap-swimming at the YMCA. My boyfriend’s doing his pro bono work today, but tonight we’re dining on Cuban food before attending a blues rock concert in a small venue downtown. We have heard the features guitarist; he’s terrific, and it’s always nice to hear live music.
Have a nice Friday, everyone.
