I’ve never lived in corn country, nor in any rural area, but I understand that many beautiful young men can be found on farms, if you look hard enough for them. Sadly, it seems the gay scene is nonexistent in farm country. If you’re a gay boy on a farm, the first thing you do when you finish high school is to head for a college town or a big city like Chicago, to find yourself a boyfriend. I think both guys in tonight’s photo posts are pretty hot.
I had a nice, relaxing day, here on the island. After the carpenter got done with all his work, I paid him, and then I took a three-mile walk on the beach, and conditions were just amazing: cool, breezy and sunny. I wore a swimsuit and a tank top and I was barefoot, no problem. You’ve got to love fall in central Florida.
It’s nighttime now, and I just descended from our observation deck, where I drank a couple of beers and watched the boats cruise by our house. I listened to Rock ‘n Roll on my i-Pod, since I was by myself. (Does anyone like Green Day’s music? I love it.) The weather’s wonderful here tonight.
I visited the supermarket this afternoon to buy fresh salmon I will grill over charcoal for our dinner tonight. My boyfriend has to study for his final exam he has Tuesday, so I’m kind of on my own for amusement. I want to watch the second half of a Netflix rental, Indignation, that I started watching a few nights ago but did not finish. (I fell asleep, and not because the movie was boring. I was just tired.) The film stars Logan Lerman, who’s a good actor and sexy as hell. But I don’t think he’s a farm boy. 🙂 I might do some reading in bed after that. I’m reading a Carl Hiasson novel titled Lucky You that’s pretty entertaining. No late night for Martin tonight.
Have a nice Friday evening, friends.
