You know how sometimes you encounter a boy in his mid-teens and you tell yourself, “I’d like to see him again in about three years.”
The boy in the top photo is French actor Jean-Baptiste Maunier, as he appeared in the 2004 film, Les Choristes. In the film, Jean’s character is an anti-social boy who can’t get close to anyone until a new teacher comes to his orphanage and the teacher starts a boy choir. Jean’s character falls in love with singing, and is able to form a friendship with the teacher. It’s a sweet movie, one worth seeing.
Now, fast forward thirteen years and have a look at Jean-Baptiste now. That’s him to the left, and all I can say is, aye-yi-yi …. What a babe. 😉
I woke up at 6:30 this morning. I lay in bed for abit, hoping to get back to sleep, but at seven AM I gave up and started my day. I made a quick breakfast, and then I got busy dealing with correspondence that piled up while I was in Tallahassee for three days. Then I worked on edits on my novel-in-progress.
Now the time is approaching eleven AM. Outside the sun is shining and the day is warming up. At eleven AM I plan to take a three-mile walk, and then after lunch I’ll g get a haircut and run a few errands. Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
