When young guys wear their ball caps backward I think it gives them a sexy look. The cap lends an irreverent air to a guy, one I like. But once a guy reaches the age of thirty, he should never wear his ball cap backward. It’s a young man’s thing.
Anyway, I really like the photo to the left. What a great combination: backward ball cap and cutoff ti-shirt that displays a boy’s abs, Delicious …. 😉
I spent a quiet evening at home last night, and around ten PM I went to bed and read for a while. The book I’m presently reading is The Prague Cemetery by Umberto Eco, who is a kick-ass writer.
I rose around eight AM this morning but I didn’t take a walk on the beach because it looked like it might start raining at any minute. So I stayed inside and got to work on my novel-in-progress for a couple of hours.
Speaking of swimming laps, since this is Monday I will drive into the city right after lunch, to visit the YMCA for a workout and hopefully a lap-swimming session. Due to the summer camp program at the Y, I have to alter my schedule right now so I can get in the pool by two PM. If I don’t, the kids get in the pool at 2:30 and I don’t get to swim.
Right now I don’t have anything planned for my evening, other than drinking a couple of beers and cooking myself dinner. I know that doesn’t sound too exciting, but that’s kind of what living single is all about, having less eventful days and nights. All right, everyone, have a great Monday wherever you might be today.
