The world of BDSM and Martin’s novella, “Passion Play” ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Several years ago I had a short novel published titled Passion Play. The book had a a BDSM theme, a first for me, and even now it continues to sell pretty well. Here’s the book’s summary:

“Reverend Luke helps put on the Passion Play at his church every year. Nearly eighty parishioners get involved, and this year brothers James and Marcus Thibodeaux, will participate. James will play Jesus, but there’s a hitch; James is deaf. Marcus will act as translator. James is beautiful and young — almost angelic in appearance — and just the person to portray Jesus. Or is he? When Reverend Luke begins a sexual relationship with Marcus, he discovers things about James that are hardly angelic. Can Reverend Luke convince James to be penitent and worthy of portraying Jesus?”

If you want to check out more specifics on Passion Play just click on the book’s cover in the sidebar to the right on this page. But a warning’s in order here. The book’s not for the squeamish. It contains graphic descriptions of corporal punishment and male/male sexual activity.

It’s another pretty day here on the island, but the construction project next door continues full force and the noise of nail guns and compressors is deafening. 🙁 In about a half hour I’ll have lunch and then I’ll drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout. Have a nice Monday, friends.
