Hi, friends and readers:
Reaction to yesterday’s black and white photo post has been overwhelmingly positive. Lots of guys are downloading the picture. So, I thought I’d post another I particularly liked this evening. He sure is handsome, isn’t he? If you click on the photo, you can see it full size. Go ahead, have a look.
It’s been a good day for me. After editing Dodging A Pearl all morning, I grabbed a quick lunch and headed for the YMCA. The place wasn’t crowded and I got my full workout done with no problem. When I swam my laps in the pool, I had my own lap lane. Amazing!
After the YMCA, I ran errands: booze store, bank, supermarket. Now I’m fully stocked and, with yesterday’s housecleaning behind me, I’m ready for my boyfriend’s arrival Saturday. We’ll have a good time, I know.
Outside, it’s hotter than hell. I’m talking 95 degrees F in the shade. In the sun it’s probably closer to 100, way too hot for my taste. In a few minutes, I’ll hop in the Element and head into town for dinner with my buds. I hope a breeze is blowing on my friend’s deck. (I guess a few cold beers will help cool me down.)
While it’s on my mind, I need to clarify something for everyone: When a young man writes to me via the blog, WordPress gives me his e-mail address. These young men are skateboarders, surfers, wrestlers, distance runners and swimmers. Or some of them are not athletes, they just want to have their say about being gay in a world that’s not always hospitable to young gay men. Once in a while, someone will write me and ask to to provide him with a particular young man’s address. Well, I won’t do that. I have to respect these young guys’ privacy.
Is that clear to everyone? I’m not operating a hookup site here. Understand? Good. Let’s move on.
Have a nice Wednesday evening, all.
