Lover boys smooching; sunny day on the island …

Hi, friends and readers:

Does everyone like today’s photo post? If you follow this blog, then you know I love photos of young lovers smooching. They always look so happy, especially when they are outdoors, like the guys at left. I smile when I see pictures like this one.

I didn’t post on the blog yesterday, due to a busy schedule and much time spent on the road, traveling back to the Gulf coast from Gainesville. Our weekend up there was lots of fun. The Gators won their homecoming game (barely) and we enjoyed a delicious barbeque dinner on Saturday night, in a little town called Newberry, about 15 miles west of Gainesville.

This morning, I had to deal with a “family emergency”, which consumed my entire morning. That’s why I’m posting so late today. Outside, it’s sunny and clear now. I think I’ll take a run on the island, in about an hour, since I missed my usual trip to the YMCA this afternoon. (G-r-r-r …) I’m not sure what my boyfriend and I will do this evening. Maybe play a round of “shufflebeer”? It’s our version of shuffleboard, where we consume a six-pack while playing. When the beer runs about, whoever’s ahead, wins. Sound like fun, doesn’t it?

Have a nice Monday, everyone.
