Nothing’s quite as sexy as a shirtless young man with a nice set of rock-hard abdominals. Of course, most guys don’t have a rippled belly for long; once they hit heir mid-20s it’s usually “bye-bye abs”, but that’s life. Guys my age can still enjoy looking. (Sigh ….)
It’s extremely quiet on my little island this morning. I took my usual three-mile walk along the Gulf shore this morning, and few people were about. The temperature was warm enough for short and bare feet. The Gulf was calm, so my walk was pleasant.
I spent the better part of my morning writing a new scene in my novel I’ve worked on for many months. The book’s now 46,000 words in length, and still growing. I’m not sure how it’ll turn out, but that’s okay.
I’m not sure what I’ll do with my evening, but I’ll certainly visit the shore again, to watch sunset with my neighbors. This time of year is the best for sunsets; the sky glows in all colors of red, orange, pink and green. It’s quite the spectacle, one not to be missed.
Have a nice Tuesday, everyone.
