Have a look at the video I’ve posted here today. Exactly what sort of signal is this young man trying to send, do you think? He’s licking his lips and waggling his eyebrows. Is he inviting someone for a tryst? I guess we’ll never know, but he certainly is a cutie, isn’t he?
I drove home from Gainesville today. Traffic wasn’t too bad, but I’m trying to fight off a head cold, and I felt pretty tired by the time I arrived here. I had about an hour’s rest before I had to drive back into the city for a golf lesson. The effort was worth it; I had a great session with my instructor, Jeff, who’s like a golf guru. He had me banging 250-yard drives in a straight line, over and over. Why can’t I do that on the golf course?
I had a great time with my boyfriend in Gainesville, but it’s nice to be back on my little island, too. It’s quiet here tonight, and the temperature’s in the mid-70s, a perfect winter evening in west central Florida. I picked up a flounder filet at the seafood market down the street, and soon I’ll throw together a nice little dinner for myself. Like Dorothy said in The Wizard of Oz, “There’s no place like home.”
Have a nice Tuesday night, all.
