Yesterday, I posted photos of guys asleep. This morning, I’m posting a pair of photos of young men deep in thought. Both guys look a bit troubled, as if the weight of the world rests on their shoulders. Well, we can’t be smiling all the time, now can we? And I find both photos beautiful, each one in its own way.
It’s raining on my island this morning, which means I had to forego my usual three-mile walk on the beach. A cold front is headed our way, and the day’s supposed to remain dreary, all day.
The poor Spring Breakers. What will they do? Play drinking games in their hotel rooms? Have sex? Play cards? Who knows, but I’m sure they’ll find something to keep themselves occupied.
I’m working on a new short fiction anthology I hope to publish sometime this spring. This will include stories published in print anthologies over the past few years, which have never been available in digital format. Again, I’ll publish through Amazon’s CreateSpace house, as they’re quite easy to work with.
I’m almost “out of the woods” with this stupid head cold I’ve suffered from for two weeks. I have a nagging cough; that’s about it. Thanks to everyone who wrote to wish me a speedy recovery.
Okay, friends, I must get to work. Wherever you are, I hope you’re enjoying your Tuesday.
