Most selfies I come across aren’t too interesting, and who wants to see all the junk a guy’s bathroom shelf and counter top? But occasionally I’ll run across a couple of selfies I find pretty amazing, and I thought I would share two of those with you guys this morning. I mean, would you pass up spending an evening with Mr. American Eagle to the left here. Aye-yi-yi, what a body. 😉
I was up at 7:30 this morning. I slipped into my swim trunks and then I was out the door to take a three-mile walk on the beach. It was really nice down there because the day had not heated up yet, and a nice breeze blew. The sand was soft but firm-packed, perfect for walking barefooted. At the end I took a dip in the Gulf and then I came home and showered on my patio. I fixed a quick breakfast, and then I got busy on my novel-in-progress.
It’s past eleven AM right now, and I am done writing for the day. Once I finish this post I’ll read the newspaper, and then I’ll heat up leftovers for my lunch. After lunch I will drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout. No lap-swimming today because the kiddies are in the pool all afternoon. 🙁
I have a few errands to run on my way home, and then I’ll return to the island. I don’t really have anything planned for my evening. Maybe I’ll watch a movie or I’ll go for a swim at my timeshare down the street.
All right, everyone, I need to get moving, so I will close this post by wishing all of you a wonderful Friday, wherever you might be today. Keep smiling. 🙂
