If you follow this site then you know I live only steps from the Gulf of Mexico and a beautiful, sugar sand beach with dunes covered in sea oats. It’s a lovely place to live (Except when a hurricane comes along. :-(), and one of the reasons is all the fine young men who flock to our shoreline on weekends and holidays, wearing little other than swim trunks. The sights are stellar, and it’s a free show. 🙂
Anyway, the boys in today’s photo posts seem to be enjoying themselves, don’t they?
I often refer to my Thursdays as “get crap done days”, and today was one of those. After I finished writing this morning I wrote down a list of about ten things I needed to get done today. It’s now three PM and all but one item on the list is completed. Ta-da.
A tropical depression is brewing out in the Atlantic, just to the east of Florida, and it’s throwing all kinds of wind and rain at us right now. I actually don’t mind that sort of weather because it keeps things cooler. My tree trimmers came to day to trim all the trees on my property. They cleaned everything up, and now my place looks great. 🙂
I think the guy to the left her may be half-Asian and half-Anglo. But it doesn’t really matter. He’s sexy as hell, and I sure wouldn’t mind going for a shoreline stroll with him anytime he asked me to join him. Do you think he’d hold my hand?
In about a half-hour I plan to take a two-mile run, here on the island, for some exercise. After I cool off and shower I will drive into the city to visit a good friend who I share my Thursday evening with each week. We’ll drink beer and dine on takeout. It’s always fun and I know he appreciates my visits.
Have a great Thursday, everyone.
