When I was college and law school I wore my hair long; it grew past my shoulders. I liked the way it looked but it was a pain in the butt to take care of. When I graduated form law school I had it cut shorter for my job interviews, and then I never grew it out again.
Not every guy looks good with long hair, but I think the two in today’s photo posts look great with their shaggy locks. Isn’t the guy to the left her cute? What a great smile. 🙂
I was up at 8:30 this morning, right after the construction crew next door got to work with their compressor and nail guns. I prepared a quick breakfast and then got to work writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress, which is now almost finished. At 75,000 words it’s a bit longer than most of my books, but that’s okay.
I have a nice day ahead of me. Right after lunch I will drive into the city for a workout at the YMCA. Then I’ll come home and take a two-mile walk for more exercise.
Tonight I’m having a friend over for dinner. I bought a roasting chicken at the supermarket yesterday. I’ll stuff the chicken with veggies and rice and it’ll make a really nice meal. Have a great Friday, everyone. And keep smiling. It’s important.
