Ah the joys of Spring Break in west central Florida. Yesterday, when I visited our island’s supermarket, a group of college boys, all shirtless were standing in the checkout line, each of them clutching twelve-packs of beer and bags of chips. I tried not to be to obvious when I looked at them but it was hard to keep my gaze from fixing on their lean bodies. Aye-yi-yi, will I survive this year’s Spring Break? 😉
I think the guy in the upper photo I’ve posted here is pretty damned amazing. Imagine frolicking in the surf with him and maybe playing a game of chicken with his friends? He could ride on your shoulders with his inner thighs pressed to your cheeks. Heaven ….
Well, yesterday I successfully executed all the revisions to my estate planning documents at my lawyer’s office. Then I met with my new CPA who I really liked. She’s a sharp lady and personable. I think I made a good choice.
So my responsibilities are taken care of and now I can concentrate on my writing projects. I spent two hours this morning, writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress, and in just a few minutes I’ll take a three-mile walk, here on the island, to get a little fresh air and exercise. Right after lunch I’ll drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming session. Then it’s back to the island for a relaxing evening at home. I have some tasty leftovers to enjoy for dinner and a Netflix rental to watch. Nothing too exciting but that’s okay. I don’t need exciting right now. I’m a man of simple needs. Just give me wine and Spring Breakers and I’m happy. 🙂
Have a great Wednesday, friends.
