A day of lover boys; typical Monday in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

I love photos of two guys showing physical affection to each other, especially in a public place. When I was a young man, two guys never touched that way in public, but thankfully times have changed, and now I sometimes see gay men holding hands or even kissing on the street or in a bar. It’s refreshing, isn’t it? And I think the two young men in the upper photo I’m posting look about as happy as they can be. 🙂

I spent a quiet night at home yesterday. I watched a little football and I shared a bottle wine with my neighbor and friend. I ate leftovers for dinner, then I read for a while in my bed before falling asleep around ten PM. That’s early for me, but I was tired for some reason.

I woke around eight AM this morning, and after I brewed coffee and made a simple breakfast, I spent two hours writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress. The book’s coming along well but I have no idea how it’s going to end. My main character has endured some very rough times and how he will ultimately cope with the fallout will be interesting to see.

I have a typical Monday in store for me. Right after lunch I’ll drive into the city to visit he YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming session. On my way home I’ll get a haircut, since I haven’t had one in five weeks and I’m looking a little unkempt. Not sure what I’ll do with my evening, but it’ll be a quiet one.

Have a nice Monday, friends.
