In praise of slender guys; pretty night on the island ….

Hi, friends and readers:

I know a lot of you guys out there like your men with plenty of muscle, and I can understand the appeal of beef. But I prefer guys on the slender side, with broad shoulders, smooth skin, and just a bit of muscle, like the two appearing in tonight’s photo posts. I mean, have a look at the guy to the left. Imagine wrapping your arms around his slender waist and planting a big wet kiss on his lips. Yunny …. 🙂

I had a great night with my friends yesterday, dining on Thai food and then viewing the movie First Man, which was excellent. I got home around 10:45 PM and spent a pleasant 45 minutes on my back screened porch before retiring. What a nice way to spend a Tuesday night. 🙂

I’ve had a pleasant Wednesday, focusing on my writing this morning, then driving into the city for a workout and lap-swimming session at the YMCA. I even got my own lap lane, and a super cute lifeguard was in the chair, so I had some eye candy to enjoy as I swam.

I hit Home Depot on my way home to purchase two new plants for my back porch, to replace two that recently died. 🙁 I also bought a new basil plant. Basil won’t grow here during the warm months–the temperature gets too hot–but now is the time I start a new plant each year. I’ll probably get all these transplanted into pots tomorrow afternoon, after I run my errands.

I’m home now, with the car unloaded and m gym things put away. I am sipping from a cold beer and feeling great form my exercising. I don’t really have a lot planned for my evening. I have some tasty leftovers for my dinner and a good bottle of Sauvignon blanc chilling in the fridge. I may watch a Netflix movie after dinner.

All right, my friends, I have some correspondence to take care of and a few phone calls to make, so I will close this post by wishing all of you a wonderful Wednesday evening,  wherever you might be today. Keep smiling, it’s important. 🙂
