It’s been said that a young man’s eyes are “the windows to his soul”, and if so, the guys in today’s photo posts must have lovely souls indeed.
Me, I’m into guys with dark hair and eyes, but I can certainly appreciate the seductive quality of blue eyes, whether they are cobalt or ice blue.
Well, I am back home from my football weekend in Gainesville, and what a glorious time it was for me and my two friends. The weather was perfect–cool, sunny and still. Our Airbnb was sweet and it allowed us to walk to campus and the stadium. We tailgated with friends before the game, which was fun. The game was a blowout. The Gators clobbered Vanderbilt, and the crowd was raucous.
After the game, we purchased sushi at a supermarket and partied at our apartment. My great niece, who’s a UF student, came over for a drink and some lively conversation. Then I ended up getting myself a date through my gay dating app, a lovely Asian lad who’s also a UF student. My friends made themselves scarce so my friend and I could have privacy, and it was a great way to end my Saturday.
It’s a beautiful morning, here on the island–sunny and cool, with a light breeze. I spent my morning writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress, and now lunchtime is approaching. Right after lunch, I will drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming.
I have friends from Germany visiting me. They are staying in my vacation rental next door, and I hosted them for dinner and drinks last night. I served fresh grouper that turned out quite well. Tonight, I’m grilling cheeseburgers over charcoal on my patio. It should be fun. 🙂
Have a nice Monday, everyone.
