Hot guys wearing beanies; gorgeous morning on the island ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Here in central Florida, it rarely gets cold enough for guys to wear beanies. I hardly ever see that. But in the northern half of the country (Minnesota, the Dakotas, Maine, etc.) I’m sure guys broke out their beanies weeks ago, and doesn’t our friend to the left here look great in his? God, he’s handsome, and that body. I could spend all day licking his torso and arms. I wonder if he’d let me if I asked very nicely. 😉

I was out of bed around nine AM, after a good night’s sleep, and the first thing I thought was, “Boy it’s nice to have running water again.” The second thing I thought was, “What a beautiful day.” I turned off my central air system and opened my doors and windows to savor the fine weather–sunny, still and dry, with a high today of around 75 degrees F. After I spent time writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress, I watered my freshly-potted flowers on my patios and turned on my fountain, which is gurgling pleasantly as I write these words.

I don’t have a whole lot planned for my Saturday, which I am fine with. I need to run to the supermarket for firewood and fresh salmon for my dinner. I’ll visit a furniture-maker on my island to order two new Adirondack chairs and a table for my patio; they will sit near my firepit. I have a little yard work and housework to perform, and I’ll take a three-mile walk on the beach for some exercise.

By the way, do you find the slinky guy to the left here as appealing as I do? Okay, he doesn’t have the muscles the guy in the upper photo owns, but I like both beef and slender when it comes to men.

I’m thinking that after I finish my dinner I will invite my friend and neighbor over to enjoy a blaze in my firepit. It’s supposed to be a beautiful fall evening, and this will be my first fire since March. 🙂 I can’t wait, actually. 🙂

All right, everyone, here’s wishing you a wonderful Saturday, wherever you might be. And keep on smiling, it’s important. 🙂
