When I was in high school, I wore orthodontic braces on my teeth for three years. Not only were they uncomfortable, but I thought they made me look ugly.
Now, have a look at the photos of am posting here this morning. I don’t think the young man’s braces detract from his appearance at all. In fact, I think they are kind of charming. 🙂
I was up late last night, watching election returns from Super Tuesday. As a lifelong Democrat, I still can’t decide who is the better candidate, Sanders or Biden. Florida’s primary is coming real soon, so I guess I’ll have to make up my mind soon.
It’s a pretty morning, here on the island. The sun is shining, there’s a light breeze and the temperature’s around 78 degrees F. If I could, I’d take a three-mile walk on the beach, but I missed gong to the gym Monday when my car was in the shop, so I definitely need to go today. I still have a long way to go until I am back in the physical condition I was ten weeks ago, so I need to be self-disciplined about my exercise regimen.
I will need to run a couple of errands after the gym–wine market and supermarket–and then I will come home to enjoy a peaceful evening and this fine weather.
All right, everyone, I need to get going, so I will close this post by wishing all of you a fine Wednesday, wherever you might be today. And keep on smiling, even if you have braces on your teeth. It’s important. 🙂
