I don’t know about you, but I find the young man to the left incredibly sexy. I love his sweaty hair and lanky limbs. I wish I had been the one to write those numbers on him with a Sharpie, 😉
I just got back from a run myself, in lieu of working out. It’s cloudy and relatively cool outside, a good day for a run. I’ll work out tomorrow when the traffic on my island will be too thick to run through.
I went shopping for groceries earlier and I bought a lobster tail and a filet mignon for my birthday dinner tonight. I’m having a happy hour with my neighbor at five PM, and while I eat dinner I will watch the World Series. Go Rays!
Ever attended a triathlon? I have, and I can tell you the sights are nothing short of spectacular. The guys are in tremendously good shape, and you get to see them in Speedo swimsuits during the race.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I find our friend to the left here about as appealing as they come. I’d like to give him a post-race rub down in a private setting. 😉
I spent a pleasant evening with my best friend, yesterday, and then I came home to watch the presidential debate and enjoy a vodka/tonic. I went to bed around eleven and slept until ten AM this morning.
Today is my birthday, and no, I won’t tell you how old I am, but I’m getting up there in years. I’m not doing much to celebrate, other than buying a lobster tail for my dinner tonight, and having a drink with my friend/neighbor. It’s okay, at my age, a birthday is no big deal. I’m just grateful to be in good health and alive during these perilous times. I have a nice life–financial security, a beautiful home in a lovely location, and great friends. What more could I ask for?
All right, everyone, I have things to do and errands to run, so I will close this post out by wishing all of you a fine Friday and a wonderful weekend. And keep on smiling, it’s important. 🙂
